Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please read the details below regarding order
cancellations.

1. Order Cancellation

• Cancellations are only allowed before the order is dispatched.
• To cancel, contact our Customer Support Team immediately with your Order ID.

2. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

• Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original
payment method.
• COD orders cancelled before dispatch will not incur any charges.

4. Important Notes

• Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. Please refer to our Return & Refund
Policy for post-delivery returns.
• Any delays in reporting cancellation requests must be communicated immediately to
avoid confusion.
