Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
• Processing times may slightly vary during peak periods or due to operational delays.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

Mumbai: 3–4 working days
Metro Cities: 5–7 working days
Other Regions: Up to 10 working days
Note: Delivery times are in business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delays can
occur due to weather, festivals, or courier-related issues.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• A flat ₹100 COD fee applies to all Cash on Delivery orders.
• COD is available only where serviceable by third-party delivery partners.
• This fee helps cover additional handling and charges incurred by courier partners for
cash collection.

Failed or Unsuccessful Deliveries
Delivery may fail due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Customer unavailability or unreachable contact number
• Non-serviceable delivery area
• COD payment not completed at delivery
• Customer relocation
After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order will be cancelled and returned to us.
